Information you give us. When you book online, request a quote, contact us or leave a review, we may collect:

• Your property address and Eircode
• Details about the job, such as property type and the service you need
• Any photos or notes you choose to send us
• Payment details, where you pay for a service

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit. Some of this is collected using cookies. See the Cookies section below.

03How we use your information

We only use your personal information where the law allows us to. We use it to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide quotes (steps before entering a contract)
• Book, carry out and manage your cleaning service (performance of a contract)
• Send booking confirmations, reminders and updates about your appointment (performance of a contract)
• Keep financial and tax records (legal obligation)
• Keep our website secure and working properly (legitimate interests)
• Understand how our website is used, where you have agreed to statistics cookies (consent)

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

04Who we share it with

We only share your information where it is needed to run our business or provide your service. This may include:

• Our online booking system (Booknetic), which stores appointment details
• Our contact form plugin (Ninja Forms), which stores enquiries sent through the website
• Our email provider (Google), when you email us
• Our accountant, for financial and tax records
• Payment providers, where you pay online or by card

These providers only process your information on our instructions and are required to keep it secure. Where any of them transfer data outside the European Economic Area, they do so using safeguards approved under data protection law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may also share information where required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

05How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it:

• Enquiries and quotes that don't lead to a booking: up to [12 months]
• Customer and booking records: up to [2 years] after your last service
• Financial records: 6 years, as required by Irish tax law

After this, we securely delete or anonymise it.

06Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work. Others, such as statistics cookies, are only used if you agree to them through our cookie banner.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
